Main Duties/Responsibilites Train staff for the implications of the participant care plan and its limitations Assess and develop chronic disease management care plans that direct health care interventions and activities by others Proactively supporting clients’ independence and social connections while promoting positive health & wellbeing. Providing care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans. Communicate the company’s NDIS policies and processes to all employees and is also responsible for communicating risks and responsibilities for NDIS system. Checking, preparing, and administering all medications Identify and provide comprehensive physical, psychosocial and emotional care for patients
Qualifications/RequirementBachelor of Nursing or equivalentRegistered Nurse with AHPRANational Police Certificate/ NDIS worker screening check clearance Working with Children CheckFirst Aid certificate and CPR100 Points of ID

Support Worker Casual
Main Duties/Responsibilites Support clients to access activities and outings in the community. Assist with daily care of clients Perform housekeeping duties Work in accordance with the medication administration policy Report any quality and safety incident or hazards at work to Supervisor. Provide back up and support to other staff, as necessary.

Cleaner - Casual

  • Cleaning residents rooms & bathrooms, dining and lounge rooms as well as other associated areas
  • Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces.
  • Using commercial polisher, steamer, and other associated equipment
  • Sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing tiled, vinyl, timber and concrete floors.
  • Cleaning carpets in patient rooms
  • Scrubbing responsibilities in the kitchen
  • Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
  • Report any incident or hazards to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.
  • Qualification/Requirements Current National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check.
  • 100 Points of ID
